Elizabeth is a licensed massage therapist with over 15 years of hands-on experience in therapeutic bodywork. She specializes in Medical Massage, Sports Massage, and Deep Tissue Therapy, helping clients recover from injuries, manage chronic pain, and restore mobility.
Her approach blends clinical skill with an intuitive, nurturing touch. Each session is customized to your body’s needs and may include cupping therapy, hot stones, and warm towels—always complimentary and thoughtfully integrated.
Elizabeth is passionate about creating a space where your body can unwind, heal, and feel supported. Her mission is simple:
